Eye Surgery Considerations

Review from a community

I went for a consultation for posterior canthoplasty restoration after posterior and lower canthoplasty Both the director and the consultant answered well even though I asked several questions (I did get scolded for asking the same thing twice). After the consultation, I said there was something I hadn’t been able to ask the director, and after waiting a bit I was able to have another consultation right away, which was nice. They said they scheduled two consultations for me because I came from far away. They seem kind However, at other restoration hospitals, they all did not recommend restoration, but here they said they would do the restoration, so I do still have some doubts.. Is it because their skills are good.. They said they would close the slightly open area at the outer corner of the eye, but said it could become smaller than my original eyes... Ah, also, could there be a feeling of fixation? -> It could happen or it might not. Will it fully adhere to the eyeball? -> If you make it adhere all the way to the eyeball, it becomes too small. Could it become smaller than my original eyes? -> It could happen or it might not, etc. I heard a lot of vague answers, so I still feel disappointed and will probably put it on hold They said whether it will be full restoration or partial restoration, fixed or non-fixed, will be decided on the day of surgery while going into the design. Please keep that in mind!!
