They said some things were possible and some things weren’t, but I was disappointed that they didn’t properly explain why the things that weren’t possible couldn’t be done. Of course, I also knew to some extent that some things wouldn’t be possible, but I wondered if there was any need to get a consultation if it was going to be like this. I only saw the consultant when we talked about the price.
