Day 13 after silicone removal

I meant to leave a post right after removal, but once I felt relieved, I stopped coming here.. how ungrateful of me..;; I’ll write briefly in case it helps. I had an L-shaped silicone implant removed after 11 years, and it was removed by a closed approach. (They cut it and took it out..) I only had local anesthesia. (The doctor had said they would give me sedation, but once I lay on the operating table, they said this much could be done with local anesthesia and gave me local anesthesia..) Only the first needle of the anesthetic injection hurt slightly, and after that the anesthesia was taking effect, so it felt like they pricked about two more places, but I’m not sure.. it didn’t hurt.. I think removal took about 10 minutes, and they said Rizaben isn’t a medication for this situation and didn’t prescribe it. I thought I should later go to another hospital and ask for a prescription, but there’s been no change in shape, it hasn’t lifted upward, so I just haven’t been going around to get a prescription. People here said aftercare after removal is important, so I had bought heat packs in advance and thought about what supplements to prepare, but since there’s no real change, I didn’t buy them. As for the heat packs, it felt like a waste, so I used them a bit on my lower back... hahaha For about two days after taking it out, the bridge and tip of my nose were slightly swollen, and the right nostril where the incision was made seemed a little uneven and slightly lifted, but was it day 5? Once the stitches were removed, it went back to its original shape, so the nostrils didn’t become uneven either.. The most important thing.. whether people around me would notice or not.. I rested for a week and went to work. Honestly, I was ready to confess and find peace if close people noticed and said, “Did your nose change?” but no one knows.. From what I saw here, people said it swells every morning, pulls upward, becomes a bulbous-looking nose in the morning, and gets better in the afternoon, so I was really scared, but mine is the same from morning to afternoon. Rather, when the silicone was in, my nose was high and the bridge felt a bit sharp, so it looked a little obvious. After the silicone was removed,, probably because of the capsule.. Once the silicone was removed, the bridge is still high but the sharp feeling is gone, so the nose looks naturally high~ It hasn’t lifted upward, hasn’t curled inward, and people around me don’t notice.. All my worries disappeared.. I feel so, so relieved.. It’s only day 13 now, so I don’t know if that’s why, and even if it slowly comes down later.. I’m determined to live without touching my face again until the day I die! Oh.. my nose still feels hard, like there’s something inside.. It hurts a bit when I press it, too.. When I exhale strongly, the bridge of my nose feels a bit cold/tingly, but this is getting less day by day~ Oh, and one more thing.. In the past, when it was cold, the tip of my nose would turn red. I didn’t think it was because of the implant and just brushed it off, thinking even people who haven’t put anything in their nose get red noses~ But now, even when it’s cold.. unless I’m outside for a long time on a really freezing cold day, my nose doesn’t get very red.. Really, of all the things I’ve done in my life, the worst was getting nose surgery, and the best was removing the silicone..
