It's been 2 months since surgery.. I'm planning to remove everything: the ear cartilage used to build the columellar support at the nasal tip, undo the alar cartilage tying, shave down the hump, and remove the silicone implant too. Would that put a lot of strain on the tissue? Is the risk of contracture or scar tissue very high? No one can predict the result before surgery, so I'm so, so afraid and scared that I might ruin myself once again.. For those who removed implants before 6 months, or removed them at a risky time like me, please share information about your progress and anything else
