I had anterior and posterior canthoplasty from Director Oh Hyun-bae at Barabon Plastic Surgery :) Because my eyes usually looked stuffy due to having small, clam-shaped eyes, I looked around at several places in person. I chose Barabon because the reviews were good, and the surgical method seemed like one where the outer corners would not easily reattach. At first, I went thinking, “Let’s decide after the consultation..” but the director had so much pride in his work and explained everything so well that I booked the surgery date right after the consultation lol A double eyelid surgery I had in the past ended up uneven, and on my right eye there was a folded area, should I call it a dog ear? The director incised that area as neatly as possible while doing the medial epicanthoplasty, so the front line of my double eyelids also became nicely symmetrical. (Very satisfied) The lateral canthoplasty was also fixed to the periosteum, so even now, 3 months later, it is still well opened without any feeling that it has reattached! My friends all say it looks natural and ask for the information, so I’m promoting it here and there.. lol I was really worried, but I don’t have dry eyes, and it feels like only my eyes were naturally expanded, so I’m very satisfied!
