It’s almost been a year since my surgery, and I had it done with costal cartilage. Since the style emphasizes the nasal tip, the tip is high and pointed, but honestly, I like it, and women all say it’s pretty, yet strangely, men say it looks odd, so ironically I kept wavering, and I thought it might be okay to lower it a bit, so I’ve decided to have revision surgery soon. Fortunately, the doctor is very kind and said he would gladly touch it up for me. While doing that, we’ll also replace the silicone, lower the height of the support strut, and use ear cartilage to lay in a slightly rounder shape... My skin is thin, so the already pointed shape stands out even more. They said using ear cartilage is the only way to make it somewhat rounder, and that the inherent shape of costal cartilage itself won’t come out round... So I have no choice but to have my ear cut too, just one year later. The problem is, after surgery I can rest at home for 3 days, but on the 4th day I have to go to school, hahahahahaha (because of circumstances, I have to do it quickly,) I’ll have a cast on and my nose will probably look crazy; will it be okay? haha I’m planning to wear a hat and wrap a scarf around my neck like crazy. Still, when I had it done before, I barely had swelling or bruising. I’ve had surgery before too, but I really can’t remember, so I’m asking you all. Having surgery on Thursday and going to school on Monday... haha What do you think..........
