Under-eye fat removal or repositioning

It seems like people are split between saying under-eye fat removal is good for under-eye surgery and saying under-eye fat repositioning is good. I understand what the difference between the two is, but I’m not sure whether I understand it exactly correctly or which one is better. They say the surgical method differs depending on age or condition, but what should I consider more important than cost? The skin bulges out under my under-eye aegyo-sal, so it really bothers me My skin is also on the thinner side, so the fat shows easily. The dark circles are severe only in the fat area If I want the under-eye surgery to have a definite effect but also finish safely, would under-eye fat repositioning be better? Or would under-eye fat removal be better? Even though under-eye fat seems like a very small difference, they say there’s a big difference between having surgery and not having it.
