I got a consultation and the director was extremely kind. Honestly, I had no intention of getting an implant; I only wanted the tip of my nose done, but they said they had never seen capsular contracture or inflammation in 20 years, so I changed my mind. I also liked that they almost never use sedation, so if I end up having surgery, I think I’d like to do it here.
