Kim Sang-beom Because there was surgery, the director could only consult at certain hours. I wanted nasal osteotomy, but he said it wasn’t really necessary and that if we raised the nose, that part wouldn’t stand out. Then he showed me a patient with a similar case, but even after seeing it, I still wanted to slim it down. At other places they said to build the bridge with septal cartilage, tie the nasal bones, and use ear cartilage for the tip, but here he said tying the nasal cartilage and building the bridge like that would mean the septum couldn’t be removed later, and it wouldn’t allow a pig nose, so it’s not recommended for male noses because of exercise and similar things. When I said I wanted to lower the columella like a Western nose, he said if we did it, it would be lowering the columella, but it would be safer to change the direction of the nostrils a bit. He said the surgical method would involve putting me to sleep for about 10 minutes while they anesthetize and do the cosmetic surgery in that time. They said they would make about 9 silicone implants for the nose and try at least 2 of them. They said they pay close attention to hemostasis for safety. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it didn’t change dramatically. The effect is definitely there, but since it’s a doctor I trust to operate, if safety is your priority, it’s worth considering. It seemed like they pursue a natural result.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
