This was a revision nose surgery. I wanted nostril reduction + a slimmer front view + more tip projection, which were the parts I most wanted corrected, but the director said he would take care of it well, so I trusted him and left it to him. In the end, the nostrils stayed the same and the front view became puffy.. I really didn’t want to keep having to contour my nose, and I had the revision because it was stressful, but now I’m contouring again.. On the other hand, I did get a more natural look.. I said I didn’t want a natural-looking nose, but it ended up natural, so people around me can’t even tell whether I had surgery or not. The hospital environment and the surgery staff were extremely kind.
