I had my first nose surgery 13 years ago, I went because a friend had good results, and my friend turned out well, but mine was just so-so. Taking a plaster mold of the nose before surgery looked trustworthy, but I don't know whether they still do it that way now. The doctor and all the staff were fairly kind, but they tend to favor a natural look, so please keep that in mind.
