After suffering from inflammation for a year, I eventually had it removed. It’s been 6 months since the removal now. I had surgery with silicone + ear cartilage, but the cartilage wasn’t removed. Only the silicone was removed. At first, I liked that state too, but after a while, contracture started to happen.. My nose became really short, and everyone who sees me says I look like a dinosaur So I went back to the clinic today, and they referred me to another clinic. They said it was a junior colleague they know. I went without thinking about revision surgery, but the director said he would pay for the revision surgery, so I’m considering it.. I’m scared that no matter what material is used, inflammation might happen again. They said cartilage is my own tissue, so it doesn’t get inflamed, but what about autologous dermis??
