The wait took a long time too, and I guess there had been some kind of mistake or complaint at the clinic that day. Someone who had suddenly said they would have surgery then said they wouldn't, and it felt like things got tangled. So even after I had gone into the consultation room, not just the outside waiting area, I think I still waited for 40 minutes. That was really disappointing. Also, when the director came in, he looked so distracted and had this attitude like, do it or don't, so I had absolutely no trust. Overall, it was pure disappointment.
