The director felt very much like a professor. It felt like receiving care at a large hospital. Thanks to that, I was able to ask questions comfortably and hear various answers. It seemed like they do a lot of revision surgeries too, and that made me trust them in that respect. They also explained things while talking about their own papers. They also run a YouTube channel, and it was convenient to look up things I couldn’t ask separately on YouTube.
