Inflammation after 8 months... I’m going to have it removed, please help ㅜㅜ

First of all, I’m a student right now, so I came abroad to study and while I’ve been here, I think inflammation developed in my nose ㅜㅜ It’s been almost 8 months since I had it done ㅜㅜ The first symptom was a feeling like my nose was being pressed by the silicone, and for the past week it has gradually felt tighter and a bit burning ㅜㅜ So I was so scared that, as a quick fix, I booked a flight arriving early this Thursday morning ㅜㅜ I’m worried that the inflammation will get worse, or that my skin color will change, or that contracture will happen during that time ㅜㅜ These remaining four days feel like the longest time in my life ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ Right now, one part of the bridge of my nose is reddish if you look closely.... So as a temporary measure, I’ve been applying ointment to the bridge every day so it doesn’t get a bacterial infection, and I bought antibiotics at a pharmacy and have been taking them ㅜㅜ I haven’t been able to sleep or eat properly for about 4 days............... So I’ve already booked a hospital appointment, but I don’t know if they’ll remove the silicone + ear cartilage right away... It’s almost Lunar New Year now too, so there are so many people .... I want it out as soon as possible, even if it’s just one day ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ Anyway, I haven’t even been able to go to the hospital, and while I’ve been here I read posts about the recovery process after removal... and that doesn’t look easy either...... So I’ve already ordered vitamins + minerals and vitamin E to my home in Korea, and I also ordered pumpkin juice,,,,,,,,,, And because I have inflammation, people keep saying contracture will almost certainly happen ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ Ugh.......................really............. After the removal surgery, when can I start massage? And when can I start half-body baths or warm compresses?? Oh, and also ........... I’m asking because I still have some lingering hope, but if I have inflammation and remove the silicone and ear cartilage, will contracture happen 100%? I know contracture is something that will definitely happen as the wound heals, but for people who had inflammation, does it come on really strongly like a pig nose? I have to go back to school in September
