I had my first surgery with buried-suture double eyelid surgery + medial epicanthoplasty, and over time it came undone and became like uneven eyes It wasn't even the line I originally wanted, and the two eyes stopped matching It wasn't that I had side effects, so I debated for months about whether to redo it or not, and eventually had surgery... At the consultation, I said exactly this: prevent the double eyelid from coming undone + medial epicanthoplasty + correct asymmetry + improve tired-looking eyes I said to make the line only about 1 mm..? higher...? and asked them not to set it too high Because my eyelid skin is thick, if I did buried-suture like before, there was a chance it would come undone again So I had the incisional method, and also did ptosis correction and medial epicanthoplasty together We decided to increase the fixation strength and make the eyes look bigger After surgery, it had been so long since I felt my upper eyelids pulling;; I can't believe I'm feeling this again;;; Maybe because incision is still incision.. I did feel more of a pulling sensation But if I keep applying compresses well from the morning, by around evening the swelling goes down and the tight pulling feeling decreases haha Compared with my first surgery, it also feels like the swelling is going down a bit faster..?? Is revision usually less swollen and like that??? haha I like the current shape so much I hope the line settles a bit more. So far it seems good?
