Hello. I would like to ask a simple question to those who received epicanthoplasty restoration from Yoo Kyung-han at Geunal Plastic Surgery Clinic. The photo below is part of a copy of the surgical consent form that I received after the surgery and after an argument with Yoo Kyung-han. I am wondering whether your consent form also had clauses like these: a clause about changing the operating surgeon and the epicanthoplasty restoration surgical method, a clause about changing the type of anesthesia during surgery, and a clause stating that the photo copyright belongs to the attending physician. In addition, I would also like to know whether there were typographical errors such as “이동의서거” -> “이 동의서가.” According to Yoo Kyung-han, he included the clauses stating that the photo copyright belongs to the attending physician, that the type of anesthesia may be changed during surgery, and that the operating surgeon and surgical method may be changed, and he says he has continued using the surgical consent form without correcting the typo above. As you can see from the photo, it says that I received an explanation from the doctor before surgery about a possible change in the surgical method, and that I was informed that the type of anesthesia could change during surgery. However, before, during, and after the surgery, in no situation did I ever receive any explanation from the doctor or related staff that the surgical method or type of anesthesia would be changed. I am not mistaken. That is why I am posting this in a cosmetic surgery community. Excuse me, but among those who received epicanthoplasty restoration from Yoo Kyung-han, I would like to know whether your forms also had the typo above (“이동의서거” -> “이 동의서가”), clauses about changing the operating surgeon and surgical method, a clause about changing the type of anesthesia, and clauses such as the photo copyright belonging to the attending physician. I only want to ask this simple question. Yoo Kyung-han is checking the post, and people affiliated with Geunal Plastic Surgery Clinic are posting while pretending to be ordinary members. If there is anyone, please leave a brief answer as a private comment. I am sorry, and thank you for reading.
그날성형외 If there is anyone who received a surgical consent form from our hospital, we would be grateful if you could please send it to this patient or answer their question. After sending it, if you contact us, we will also compensate you. Please. Thank you.
