They recommended rhinoplasty without implants (dermis) What do you think? I said I like a slim look, and they said then let's use silicone, but I think no-implant rhinoplasty can look pretty too! 청명 These days a lot of people do it without implants too, so it's okay. But if you want a natural-glam or dramatic line, silicone gives a better effect.
연주연두 If your nasal bridge is low, silicone is better. If you already have a bridge, no-implant can be fine too. I was debating whether to raise my bridge, but at ㅈㅇ they said I probably didn't need to, so I only corrected the dorsal hump step-off with ear cartilage and did the nasal tip. Even so, the before-and-after difference is really clear, so I'm happy. The line is cleaaan.
만만세기 Then are they using dermis on the nasal bridge? I heard that if dermis is used on the bridge, it can look bumpy...
녹수 [@연주연두] Thanks for the reply! I do have a nasal bridge, so I think that's why they didn't really recommend silicone, but I want a slim nose, and I'm also worried it might cause contracture or something.
