Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Please recommend a clinic for my first nose surgery ㅜㅜ Reviews from consultations for rhinoplasty

I'll write it down as I remember it My nose is large. It has a droopy-nose feel, the columella hangs down quite a lot, and the nasal alae are very large, so anyone can tell it's a big nose. But my nasal bridge is high. 1 Open approach, septal cartilage Fat and soft-tissue trimming Osteotomy Ear cartilage for the nasal tip Nasal tip cartilage suturing 3.10 million A private clinic with 2 directors. There are almost no reviews on plastic surgery apps like Babitalk or Gangnam Unni. Even if there are, I only see reviews for nostril/alar reduction. The few reviews that exist are not really to my liking. But I think the price is reasonable. 2 Alar reduction No implant Hump nose Nasal tip septal cartilage (ear cartilage) Droopy-nose correction 4 million A brand-new private clinic that has been open for less than a month. But the director came from a large hospital, and the reviews are verified. The price feels a little burdensome. Took a CT. They said the director only does surgery on 2 people a day. The consultation lasted about 20 minutes, with detailed explanations while showing each before-and-after one by one. > My biggest stress is that my nose looks big from the front, so that is why I want rhinoplasty, but they said I don't need osteotomy, so that bothers me a little. 3 Hump nose Bulbous nose Silicone nasal bridge implant Nasal ala septal cartilage (+ ear cartilage) 3.50 million It's a very large hospital. But I previously had facial contouring with another director there, so the hospital's aftercare itself is good. The director was not as lengthy and kind as the one above, but gave a detailed explanation. > I like it, but although I wanted to focus on the nasal tip, they recommended putting silicone in the nasal bridge, even if thinly, so I'm debating ㅜ 4 Nasal tip septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage Osteotomy Hump nose Columella reduction Bulbous nose correction Deviated nose correction 4 million The explanation was okay. They focused on the areas I personally felt were not good. They were the only ones to recommend donated costal cartilage (or autologous costal cartilage), not ear cartilage. It does seem like the nose shape would definitely improve. > But I had absolutely no intention of using donated costal cartilage, so I'm worried ㅠ My nasal bridge or nasal tip is not on the low side, and my nose is large, so I wonder if it's really necessary for a first surgery. For the 1st one, I'm debating because there are few reviews. For the 2nd one, they said osteotomy isn't needed, so I wonder if I can get the slim front-view nose I want. For the 3rd one, the nasal bridge silicone bothers me ㅜ I only wanted to do the nasal tip, but they said that would create a step-off, so they recommended putting it in even if thinly. For the 4th one, I'm concerned that it's donated costal cartilage, not ear cartilage. I feel a bit of aversion to it, like with silicone ㅜ If I do autologous costal cartilage, they said it would be 5.50 million, over my budget ㅜ
