✔️ Expectations before visiting There were so many online reviews that I visited because I was curious what kind of place it was. In conclusion, it felt less like “the doctor is a master surgeon” and more like “a place that performs honest surgery.”
✔️ Consultation and surgical approach • They do not promise flashy or drastic results. • Before surgery, they honestly point out asymmetry or drawbacks in the facial structure. • Because of this, expectations naturally become lower, and the possibility of disappointment after surgery is also reduced. • It seems like a structure with less burden on the doctor. (Because there are no guarantees.)
✔️ Surgical style • They seem to use closed rhinoplasty techniques often (open surgery is possible too, but they seem to prefer closed surgery) • Rather than a particularly original technique, it is a generally used method. (But putting silicone all the way to the nasal tip... I heard it was a method many used 15 years ago.. Since there are subtly many side effects, many other hospitals do not use it. But as expected, doctors who use closed surgery explain it as being on the safe? side.)
✔️ Result style • Rather than a “natural and refined modern nose,” it is closer to a somewhat obvious “2010s Gangnam beauty” style • I wanted a round and soft-looking nose, but the result is a style that feels slightly artificial • Rather than a current trend, it feels slightly old-fashioned (a less refined image)
✔️ Overall review • A hospital that is stable and faithful to the basics, rather than focused on the latest trends or dramatic changes • Even if you do not like the result, the doctor is likely to explain it as “because of the asymmetry of your original face” (estimated probability 88%)
So!! What I mean by this place being basic is that it does not seem especially safe, nor does it seem especially likely that they would avoid mistakes during surgery.
