Incision, posterior canthoplasty

I had double eyelid surgery by incision together with posterior canthoplasty in August. My eyes already had double eyelids before, and because I had a lot of fat, I did it by incision. The director said they were confident in suturing, so I trusted that clinic and had it done. Now it’s almost been two months, and you know that sagging look when older women get double eyelid surgery? It has become that shape. They said lowering the outer line would make me look softer, but the front part shows the double eyelid, and the back line was made small so the double eyelid doesn’t show at all. They made it smaller than the double eyelid I originally had, so now I have two lines. The line also became triangular. I went to that clinic and complained, and they said, “Is that all?” and said they would redo it, but I don’t want to have it done at that clinic. Can I get a refund for this? People keep asking me whether it was done at a plastic surgery clinic. I’m completely stressed. If not a refund, can I have it done at another clinic, not with my own money, and charge them the cost?? I trusted them because they said they specialized in eyes, but it’s a clinic that hasn’t been open for long.
