Ptosis correction, 9-month photos included

I think I had it done around January 11 of this year? My face has always had thin skin/fat and it sags easily. Even when I gain weight, I’m the type who absolutely doesn’t gain fat in my face. Before surgery, my eyelids were thin and saggy, and the outer corners of my eyes drooped too, so I thought surgery could correct it, but even after surgery my eyes are still drooping ㅠㅠ On top of that, the lines are a bit uneven, and especially my left eye (the left side in the photo too) droops more than the right.. Can you see it? After surgery, my eyes actually look shorter horizontally, and since my eyes are close-set, I didn’t get epicanthoplasty, but now I even have Mongolian folds that weren’t there before ㅠㅠ My friends said my charisma disappeared.. My eyes have become pathetic.. heueong ㅜㅜ I was upset, so I had consultations for lateral canthoplasty at about 3 places, but they said the white of my eye is wider toward the outer side and my eyes look like they would reattach, so they didn’t recommend it. In this situation, the eyes I want are like the drawing: horizontally long, kind of straight, and slightly upturned, like native Chinese eyes. Is there any surgery that can lift these droopy eyes? Like pulling the skin up with threads.. I don’t know much ㅠㅠ Please help!!!!
