Ha.... Somehow I saw an Instagram ad and went for an MPL injection consultation without much thought. But they said the price I saw in the ad was for the MPL Fit injection. The cost suddenly increased. They said it was different from unlimited-dose MPL, so I ended up doing multiple areas. First of all, the cost was almost similar to liposuction. They encouraged me to do 5 sessions, saying that even with just 5 sessions I would basically lose 5-6 kg, and they could help me lose up to 10 kg. They said I didn’t need to diet, didn’t need to exercise, and could just live as usual (they only told me to drink 4 liters of water). So I repeatedly asked several times what would happen if I didn’t lose weight, but they said there was no one like that, that it would absolutely never happen, and that I would lose at least 5-6 kgㅋㅋ Honestly I didn’t believe it, but they were so confident that I thought, okay, let’s try it once, and paid 5 million won...!! At the first InBody measurement and 1st session, the procedure hurt like crazy... Even with gas (laughing gas) anesthesia it hurt so much that I was full of thoughts of wanting to give up... I should have stopped thenㅠㅠ About 10 days later, before the 2nd session, I had another InBody measurement. No change in weight ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I thought about requesting a refund, but they said the effect would appear from the 3rd session, the timing of results differs by person, and there are individual differences. Since I had already started, I decided to trust them one more time and just went aheadㅠ They said a 1-week interval was best, so I went for the 3rd session a week later, but my weight had increased again by 0.2 kgㅋㅋㅋ Even though I had cut out the snacks, late-night meals, and ramen I normally ate, they told me it was because my visceral fat had increased and asked me to diet for just a week,,,,,, (At first they said I didn’t need to diet..) > No visual body change + acquaintances teasing me that I got taken for a fool So after the 3rd session, I ate almost one meal a day, barely ate carbohydrates, and basically starved myselfㅋㅋ I was so stressed I didn’t even feel hungry... I went for the 4th session and had barely lost 1.5 kgㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㄱㅋ Now I only have the final 5th session left, but can I really lose at least 5 kg.... Since I can’t see the weight loss with my eyes, it feels like all I gained was transportation costs + time + pain + fear.... (Seriously, it hurts like hell. I can usually get injections in my face while looking in the mirror, but this hurt so much I feel like I’m developing a fear of injections. Even arm liposuction didn’t hurt....) During the consultation, they were so confidently making big promises that I told them to take responsibility if I didn’t lose weight, and I’m curious how they’ll take responsibility...!! No, more than that, I’m more curious whether I’ll lose weight by the 5th sessionㅠㅠ Honestly I believed the 10 kg claim, but in my current state, I’d be grateful even if I lose just 6 kg from my starting weightㅠㅠ I’ll do the last 5th session next week and bring another review...
