I had a consultation for facial contouring. They recommended 3 types of contouring surgery, liposuction, and paranasal augmentation. Maybe because I had watched a lot on YouTube, I felt a sense of familiarity. They said they would reduce a lot, and that I have a lot of facial fat compared with my body weight, so they would do liposuction during surgery. It made me think I should lose some weight myself
