Review after over 2 years since facial contouring surgery

I didn’t have that square of a jaw, but I liked a slim, V-line look, so I did it impulsively I agonized over it like crazy and went when the director was still at Dㅇㅇ, specifically requesting that director. Honestly, I didn’t really need cheekbone surgery, but they said that to get the degree I wanted, I’d also need chin-tip surgery, so I just did all 3 contouring procedures. But on the day of surgery, there was no design process; they only explained how they were going to go in, so I was honestly pretty anxious during the consultation. I also checked about 2 hours of partial footage from the surgery, and for the first year I kept thinking, “Why do I look so much like Zanmang Loopy?” so it became a complex. But after a year and a half, I dieted too and got treatments like Ultherapy together with it, and my face became slimmer. But now I really understand why everyone says maintenance costs after facial contouring are insanely high. You absolutely can’t gain weight, and you have to get lifting regularly too. I’m still in my 20s, but I’m worried that after my mid-to-late 30s, I’ll sag into bulldog jowls lol. I’m most jealous of people who are naturally slim-faced.
