Time feels like it goes fast, and it also feels like it goes slow… Anyway, I finally reached the 3-month mark, and now my old nose is a bit blurry in my memory if I don’t look at photos ㅎㅎ Even though it is a revision, it turned out naturally and I am very happy with it! Even though this nose had already had two surgeries, the nostrils were still asymmetric, and the right side even felt like a hooked shape, and the tip was drooping… From the front, the nostrils being so visible was really stressful. Maybe after all the suffering, I got so worn out that even figuring things out was exhausting. This time, with the mindset that this would truly be the last one, I had surgery without an implant! (I had the silicone removed earlier.) Now that the swelling has gone down a lot, I really feel it was a good choice to go with no implant ㅇㅇ It looks much more natural, and it looks nice too! The surgery was done by Dr. Yoon Seok-ho at Miho. When I was searching, there were many reviews of implant-free cases, and more importantly, the aesthetic feeling seemed to fit me. When I went for an in-person consultation, they checked my nose very thoroughly, just like the reviews described. I do not regret the procedure at Miho at all!!! I am very satisfied! The aftercare was also done so well that I felt the swelling subsided faster than expected… One thing is certain: they did better than all the hospitals I had surgeries at before… Even after surgery, their attitude did not change at all—they remembered and cared carefully all the way. Feeling that directly is why this was genuinely moving. This rhinoplasty will truly be my last rhinoplasty in life! The materials used were ear cartilage + donated rib cartilage + auricular dermis, and I also had osteotomy, nasal vestibule lowering, and alar base reduction. I wrote this down in case anyone here is curious. If you are considering rhinoplasty, everyone should do very careful searching first, then read reviews well… filter out what to reject, and choose a place that takes good care of each patient, and a doctor whose aesthetic sense matches well and has long experience.
