This is a hospital I went to for a consultation because of nose surgery, and if anyone is going for a consultation, I recommend Director Kim Gyu-beom! He looked over the consultation kindly and thoroughly, and there was no recommending all kinds of unnecessary surgeries! Sometimes if you get unlucky, you go for a nose consultation and they tell you to do facial contouring or do your eyes, but there was none of that kind of over-treatment here at all. Instead, I asked whether I should also do nostril reduction and forehead fat grafting together, and he said they weren’t really necessary I said my nose is low and bulbous, so I wanted to make it a little more glamorous, and the director said the bridge would be fine with just hump osteotomy, and for the nasal tip he recommended using septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. Honestly, if I wanted a glamorous nose, I had already been thinking I’d use either donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, so that was okay, and at the final consultation with the consultant, when I said I couldn’t decide right away because I still had consultations left at other hospitals, she told me to think about it enough and contact them. There was no reservation pressure at all, so it was a place where I got the consultation comfortably!
