I finally had rhinoplasty this time. My nasal bridge was originally a bit low and undefined, so I wanted to raise it naturally and smooth out the line, and the director understood the parts I wanted and performed the surgery well. I was really worried it would look awkward if it was raised too much, but with a custom implant, they shaped the nasal bridge to fit my face shape, so there is no artificial feel at all, and I like how natural and smooth the side line is. For the nasal tip, I was told shaping it with septal cartilage is natural and has fewer side effects, so we proceeded that way. Alar reduction was also something I had considered, so I told the director, but they said alar reduction was not necessary, and that it seemed there was no need to overdo it, so I only naturally adjusted the nasal bridge and nasal tip. But after seeing the result, I really understood that the director is not the type to say yes to everything lol For the functional nose surgery, I also had correction of deviated nasal septum, inferior turbinate reduction, and nasal valve reconstruction. Both sides had been blocked, but now breathing has become so comfortable, and my allergic rhinitis is much better too. It's only been 2 weeks since surgery, but my frontal appearance already looks more defined, so I'm already satisfied, and since it doesn't obviously look like I had surgery and is natural, people around me said it turned out well.
