I had surgery for an upturned nose..

I’m planning to upload comparison photos tomorrow.. right now.. I don’t have the jack. I always had a severe complex about my pig-like nostrils and upturned nose, but I was scared, had become a married middle-aged woman, my husband opposed it, money was an issue, and I’m a bit older too.. So I just lived with it, then suddenly after seeing someone who had surgery.. I only started studying a lot online about nose surgery after I had nose surgery, and came to know this community too.. My introduction got too long.. After consulting because I wanted to improve my upturned nose even just a little, I did nasal tip surgery (I only learned after surgery that something called nasal tip surgery exists) and columella surgery, as the doctor recommended. The nasal tip looks better, but the part I ultimately and desperately wanted fixed, the upturned nose part, is still the same. The doctor only says it will look a bit better once the swelling goes down Is there any part of an upturned nose that improves more as time passes? (From common sense, I can’t understand it) Today I’m going to get my stitches removed at one week.. I was depressed all week.. I wasn’t greedy; I just wanted to hear that it was better than before (the upturned nose part).. When I asked the doctor about lengthening the nose, he mentioned using synthetic costal cartilage, saying it may be pretty at first, but after about a year inflammation can occur and the shape won’t be pretty, and although he did it a lot 10 years ago, he doesn’t do it now. (Personally I wondered, is it because he hasn’t done many nose lengthening surgeries?..) I think I heard that synthetic costal cartilage has been used in Korea for about 3-4 years.. Sigh.. I don’t really know.. I hear revision surgery costs a lot too.. and because of work, it isn’t easy.. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me a good place..
