I had ear cartilage placed in the columella area, but it was inserted too large, so I decided to reduce both the length and width~ But I'm suddenly scared that the same kind of aftermath as after removal might happen.. I'm also scared that even reducing the cartilage might make the nose contract and become shorter~ Even if it wasn't in the columella area, has anyone reduced ear cartilage because the nasal tip ear cartilage was too large?? Please comment if you are doing okay~ My surgery is next week, and I'm so anxious
