I finally had it removed 2 years after nose surgery.. After the first surgery, the nasal tip looked extremely upturned and my philtrum seemed to have gotten longer, so I cried so much and made such a fuss.. When I went to the hospital, they said it would come down once the swelling went down... But even after a year, it didn’t really come down like that, and from the front, about half of my nostrils were visible. From the side, it definitely looked upturned. My original nose was short, but it wasn’t upturned, and I actually used to hear a lot that my nose was pretty ㅠㅠ I got greedy for no reason and raised it by 2 mm and put in ear cartilage.. I regretted so much why I had nose surgery, and I missed my old natural nose so badly that I asked about removal. I made an appointment and was waiting for that day, but starting a week before the appointment date, the area beside the left glabella had a slight tingling feeling. It was also a little swollen. So I thought I should ask about this while I was there, but as soon as I went in
