Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

It’s been 7 years since my nose surgery, will it go back if I remove it

It’s been 7 years since I had my nose done. Back then, I don’t know why upturned noses were popularㅜㅜ Thanks to the upturned-nose surgery, my nose tip is pointing at the ceiling. The tip is lifted so much it looks like a doll’s nose, and it looks awful as if a pearl were stuck on the tip. The tip is also slightly crooked. I’m not exactly sure about the osteotomy, silicone, cartilage, and septal support structure. Originally, my nose wasn’t even upturned, and I never had inflammation, but while making it into an upturned-nose shape, I think the silicone rose upㅜㅜ this is just my own judgment, though. If I remove it, will it come down? If I remove the septal cartilage, will a lot of contracture come because it’s been there for so long?? Would it be better to lower the septal support a little and remove the silicone? Would the tip come down a little then? What should I do?? What I want is ? for the tip to come downㅜㅜ If I remove everything completely, I want my nose tip to come back down to how it originally was, but I’m worried because I saw posts saying contracture happens if the support is removedㅜㅜ If you know, please let me know. ㅇㆍ I’m worrying about this so muchㅜㅜ
