I'm entering my 6th month now. Sagging cheeks?? I'm not exactly sure how much sagging counts as cheek sagging, but I don't feel like my cheeks are sagging. I never had any clicking sounds from the beginning either. What worries me the most is that after shaving down the 45-degree cheekbones, my already nonexistent anterior cheekbones look even more sunken. I look tired and older. Because my face looks flat, from the front it looks broad and wide, and from the side it looks flat. I think the diagonal hollow was there from the beginning and didn't newly appear. Even when I ask other clinics, they say the surgery itself was done well, but I think communication was lacking between the doctor and me. People with similar experiences, or cheekbone surgery seniors, what should I do now? If anyone has had anterior cheekbone implants, please give me advice. If anyone was satisfied after fat grafting, please also give me advice.
