1.5-Year Review After Motiva Breast Augmentation via Inframammary Incision

Before surgery: extremely triple-A cup with only the nipples protruding, pigeon chest, somewhat muscular/defined chest, thin skin (an overall difficult small-breast case for surgery) Surgery details: Motiva right 265 cc / left 285 cc, inframammary incision Had surgery at U&U > the director opened Sway, so I’m currently receiving aftercare at Sway I recovered enough to be discharged 2 hours after surgery, and 9 hours after surgery I did housework and everything I needed to do. I drove myself to work 3 days after surgery. There wasn’t much pain. More than pain, it was the tightness of the compression garment that was uncomfortable. Rather than the surgical area, because something heavy was suddenly attached to my body, I had pain in my lower back and shoulder blades after sleeping. On day 8, I switched to a wireless bra and the tightness went away. Before the implants settled, I was worried they looked uneven, but now, 1.5 years later, all the swelling has gone down and it’s fine. Last year, my tissue hadn’t softened completely, so my breasts wouldn’t come together even with a compression garment, but now the tissue has softened, they gather well, and the feel has improved too. I sometimes think I should have chosen something softer than Motiva, but since I had a completely small chest, I feel that choosing Motiva is what helps maintain the shape nicely, so I don’t regret it. The scars are still there, so even now, 1.5 years later, the director continues to manage them for me. I’m so, so happy that clothes fit better and I can freely wear fitted tops. Since I don’t have pre-surgery photos, I’m attaching a proof photo showing that I was very flat for now. The rest of the review photos are from now, 1.5 years later.
