The story of going from 65AAA to 65C

I was originally on the skinny side at 162/44, but my upper body was unbelievably thin, so I wasn’t even a 65A, I was 65AAAAA... I was practically the same as a man Only the outline under my breasts was barely visible haha I worried about it for over 10 years, and only now did I finally make up my mind. I heard this place has a long wait, but I didn’t really feel that way, and during the first consultation, the consultant was really kind. She explained everything well, and the director isn’t exactly the warm, chatty type, but he answered everything I asked clearly and accurately. More than anything, they said breast surgery is performed only by this one director, so that gave me the most trust, and I made the reservation right there on the spot. I was a bit nervous on the day of surgery, but the front desk staff and nurses explained everything one by one, so I was okay. I arrived at the clinic at 10, and went into the operating room around 12:30. In between, I had tests, washed up, and did various things, so the time passed quickly. Lying on the operating table, I started thinking, what if the anesthesia doesn’t work? What do I do if I don’t go under??? I was thinking all kinds of things by myself, and then suddenly my vision got blurry + my mind drifted far away, and I woke up feeling like someone was waking me up lololol They said the surgery was over. Maybe because of the intubation, my throat was extremely dry and it felt like I had phlegm stuck?,, I had seen a lot of reviews saying they were cold, and I was seriously shivering too, but they turned on a warm-air heater by the bed, so I survived a bit. There was almost no pain, it just felt like a really heavy rock was pressing down on my chest. I had seen lots of no-pain reviews, so I was hoping for that, and thankfully I also got lucky with no pain But the area under my breasts really pulled, so things like opening doors, pressing a shampoo pump, and lying down and getting up by myself were pretty hard I did it secretly without my family knowing, so it was hard trying not to let it show, but if possible, it’ll be more comfortable to get help from a guardian for about a week. Until week 2, my breasts were tightly swollen and heavy, so every morning I felt more tired and sleepy.. I don’t know if this was an aftereffect of general anesthesia or what, but I was seriously exhausted lolol There was almost no pain, but I was tired and dazed all day, so even working at the office was honestly rough,, Still, now that I’m in week 3, it’s gotten a lot better. The tiredness is gone too, and my breasts have become somewhat(?) soft for week 3, the upper fullness has gone down, and the rock-like feeling is almost gone. Before, every time I showered, I’d get depressed looking at my flat chest, but now I definitely feel like I really did the right thing lolololol Even including all the hardship and fatigue in the beginning, even if I went back, I would absolutely do it again, seriously
