Hehe, it’s been 3 months since I had unlimited abdominal LAMS, and in total I lost 8.4 kg in body weight and reduced my abdominal circumference by 10.5 cm! I’m really glad I took body-check photos, because I see my body every day, so I wonder, “Am I really losing weight?”!! But every week when I go in for aftercare, not only does my weight go down, but my circumference also decreases every week, and the procedure provider keeps praising me so much, saying I’m managing it well! Even so, I couldn’t really feel it myself, but when I look at the photos, I can clearly feel the difference!
In the current photos too, the one on the left is from 2 months after unlimited abdominal LAMS, and the one on the right is the recent one from 3 months after! Even though it’s only a one-month difference, you can clearly see that the body line and the degree of lumpiness are different!
It comes off as much as I manage and put in effort, and after LAMS my weight is at a plateau, but my abdominal circumference keeps steadily decreasing, so it makes dieting feel worthwhile ㅠㅠ
Because of that, now other chunks of fat are bothering me, so wanting to do other areas too is the biggest downside of LAMS^0^,,
Still, I’m so satisfied now that the time I spent worrying before abdominal LAMS feels like a waste haha I’m going to keep looking forward to my body slimming down even more and work hard on diet and exercise! Everyone, let’s make beautiful and healthy bodies
