Before before Hello~ With unlimited LAMS on my upper arms, I went from severe obesity at 84.4 kg down to 70 kg! I lost a total of 14.4 kg!
After that huge weight loss, a plateau started, and I stopped going below 70 kg…ㅠ In the end, just as my abdomen was bothering me too, I started looking into unlimited LAMS for the abdomen and ended up getting abdominal unlimited LAMS as well! They extracted a total of 30 bottles from my abdomen!! They extracted 28 bottles from my upper arms, but maybe because I had lost a lot of fat, the amount from my abdomen was much less ㅋㅋㅋ I was secretly thinking, what if they extract over 40 bottles, that would be embarrassing, but since it was less, I was actually a little disappointed?!ㅋㅋㅋ
Now I’m planning to start exercising again, and I wonder how much more I’ll lose if I exercise!! I’m going to work out thinking that if I try harder, I can return to a normal weight!! My goal is to reach a normal weight within next year! Since I also borrowed the power of LAMS, it’s totally possible, right!?>.<
