I had square jaw surgery yesterday

It was a lifelong complex, so as soon as my circumstances allowed, I decided on surgery and even booked it without hesitation, but when the day actually came, I was nervous. It was my first time having sedation anesthesia. They put some additional medicine into the IV, and my vision started swaying, then suddenly I couldn’t breathe;; I was really scared and tried to tell the anesthesiologist and the director, “I can’t breathe,” but my voice wouldn’t come out, and then I passed out just like that After that, I opened my eyes in the recovery room, and honestly all I could think was, “I’m alive” Are there cases where they don’t insert a blood drain? Later, I opened my mouth and the doctor checked the stitches once more, then used something like suction to remove only the blood pooled inside my mouth. I’m not sure if that was the blood drain... I was out of it. They gave me painkillers and antibiotics, and I don’t know if it was because of that or because of the anesthesia, but I felt so nauseated I thought I was going to die. I felt like I was going to throw up, but I couldn’t open my mouth, so I couldn’t vomit either. The nurses told me to take deep breaths and then just laid me down. After sleeping again like that, I seemed okay. The surgery ended quickly, and I woke up in the recovery room around 2 while sleeping. They kept me at the hospital to monitor my condition, and I came home around 6. On the day of surgery, I really wasn’t swollen, but after sleeping and waking up, I was extremely swollen... especially my lip bruising is intense On the day of surgery, I barely had a few spoonfuls of water and fasted all day. This morning, I mixed ice cream into milk, ate a little, and took my medicine. I have to take the prescribed pills, painkillers and so on, but my mouth won’t open, so it’s really exhausting. Saliva keeps collecting in my mouth, but when I gulp it down, my jaw feels pulled, so I’m really worried the wound might open. I’m trying as much as possible not to move my cheeks, but when phlegm builds up or I feel like coughing and I do a dry cough from my throat, it still pulls. Are things like this absolutely not allowed?
