I had square jaw surgery and nose surgery together 4 months ago For the nose surgery, I originally had a hump nose and a deviated nose, so they said they would correct the deviated nose, shave down the hump, and that osteotomy might be needed if necessary But after the surgery, they did not do an osteotomy and used cartilage from behind the ear. Looking at the result, the deviated nose does seem better than before, but it is still deviated and the glabella is high, so I was a bit concerned, but since it was just a little unnatural, I just let it pass. But! I had square jaw surgery, and I didn't know at the time. I thought it must be because it was right after surgery... The line isn't very strange. It just feels like the bone under the ear protrudes a bit, so should I say the jawline is bumpy? From the front, it looks slim. The problem is the sensation around the right side of my mouth. Within a few days after surgery, the left side returned almost to normal like now, but only the right side felt like the anesthesia had not worn off and it was tingling, like it is now. So when I told them, they said the right and left sides can lose swelling at different speeds and that it would be okay after a few months, but now 4 months have passed. Can I feel reassured??? Is this normal?? From my right lip to the area slightly to the right of the anterior chin, when I touch it, it tingles, and when I push it with my tongue, I keep feeling a numb, pins-and-needles sensation. What should I do?? Please give me advice.
