<Selfie, flipped left-right><2><3><4><5><First surgery (sausage eyelids)>Lately, after hearing a few times from some people that it would look okay if I just did something about my right eye, it started bothering me so much. When I meet people, I keep thinking, “What is that person thinking when they look at my eyes..” and I started considering a third surgery. First surgery: incisional method (became legendary sausage eyes) Revision: lowering the double-eyelid line Honestly, when I look in the mirror or take selfies, it looks okay, but when I take photos with the rear camera and such, my left eye really stands out. The photos I uploaded now were taken as selfies and then flipped left-right (to give the feeling of how it looks with the rear camera). Since it was seriously sausage-like after my first surgery, I thought the revision went well and just lived with it. But now that a little over 2 years have passed since the revision, I’ve made up my mind that I should have surgery again. First of all, the free aftercare/A/S period has passed, and when I messaged the hospital where I had my revision, they asked, “Should we schedule a follow-up appointment for now?” so I made an appointment. I’m aware there may be an additional fee. What I want is to match the left line, and also because the right side has slightly loosened and a scar? or something formed, I want to have that touched up again too. But I won’t know until I go to the hospital, but will they do it again for me? And what I’m scared of is that the revision surgery cost was terrifyingly expensive, so I’m scared how much the additional fee will be this time ㅠㅠ I’m okay up to the low-to-mid 1 million won range ㅠㅠ but will it be more than that..? So I’m also thinking about getting a third surgery at a completely different hospital, so I’ve been going around for consultations. Everyone who has looked into hospitals because their line was set too high will know, the cost is seriously enormous.. on average 4 million won, or even more. But honestly, I’m a bit doubtful whether a third surgery has enough merit to pay over 4 million won again at another hospital. When I think about it myself, I don’t think it’s to that extent.. In real life, my left eye does look a little unnatural(?) and the eye is a bit puffy.. I’m just so conflicted and worried..... Everyone, I’m curious about your opinions.. and ㅠㅠ please leave me some kind words too hahaㅠ Maybe my self-esteem has gotten low these days ㅜㅜ just thinking about my eyes stresses me out and makes me tear up ㅠㅅㅠ Still, when you leave your opinions, please be objective!!!!! Thanks for reading this long post, everyone ♥_♥
아머리아퍼 Looking at your other posts, I can see why you’re worried. But honestly, paying 4 million won for it feels like such a waste of money, and I think the best thing is to go to your previous hospital first and decide after that.
앙요밍 [@아머리아퍼] Right ㅠㅠ? I’m going to go to the previous hospital first.. If there is an additional fee, about how much would be a reasonable range ㅠㅠ?
아머리아퍼 [@앙요밍] Hmm.. the A/S period has passed, but in the case of the left eye, the sausage-eye issue wasn’t fully improved from the start, so I wonder if there might be room to discuss itㅜ I think I’d also be okay up to around the 1 million won range. But the period has passed, that’s true, and I’m not sure what happens in a situation like yoursㅜㅜ The photos you posted in this post all look really okay, so if the cost goes over that, it might be better to just live with it for now and, much later, if it still bothers you then, consider touching your eyes again.
앙요밍 [@아머리아퍼] Ugh ㅠㅠ thank you, everyone here
앙요밍 [@아머리아퍼] Oh, and I have one more thing I’m curious about: if the free A/S period has passed, does that mean A/S just isn’t possible? I had been thinking that once the free A/S period passed, it would just be paid A/S.
아머리아퍼 [@앙요밍] I think this differs by hospital. Some places are free up to 1 year but paid up to 2-3 years, and some places say that after 1 year it could be an issue caused by the patient’s lifestyle habits, so they don’t provide A/S after 1 yearㅜㅜ
앙요밍 [@아머리아퍼] Ah, I see ㅠㅠ thank you !!
지킬하이드 If there’s a guarantee that they can fixate the eye weakly, release the double eyelid, and let it return to your original eye, consider releasing it too.

I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
