Siwon won’t let me book anymore because I changed my appointment 3 times… Of course, there are quite a few negative comments about this place too.. Sisen is called blacklisted, and people say it opened up again, The places I’m looking into now are Secret and Chai… Is there anywhere that does it cleanly and well while operating so the eyes don’t become smaller.. I’m desperate..
