Even though I’m a man, I’ve had nose surgery 4 times, tried spinal anesthesia, and gone through all sorts of things, but truly, in all my life, this kind of pain is something I had never heard of or seen before. My face just looked long and seemed asymmetric, so I got a consultation at a clinic, thought about it, and ended up doing it, but I should have just lived as I was. The pain of not being able to breathe and not being able to eat, with my teeth tied together with rubber bands so I can’t even speak, can’t eat, and through the gaps between my teeth I have liquid food or water and breathe. Anyone thinking about double-jaw surgery, please think carefully. An enormous pain you may never have felt in your entire life follows afterward. It’s day 4 after surgery, and I really, really want to die.
