I had paranasal augmentation 4 days ago (intranasal incision). When I feel the position of the implants with my hand now, the right side is about 0.5 cm to 0.3 cm lower than the left. Until yesterday, on the slightly lower right side, when my canine tooth was touched a little, the sensation felt strange, but it’s getting better now. I heard that people’s faces are naturally a little asymmetrical. Could a 0.5 cm to 0.3 cm difference be because of that? Or did the surgery go wrong? For those who had surgery, when you look straight into the mirror, are the implant positions exactly the same?
