Need a 4th revision surgery—original clinic vs new clinic

<Current eye condition> 1st double eyelid surgery: in-outline incision (they said they used a technique that leaves no scar even when eyes are closed). But it loosened in just six months. 2nd double eyelid surgery (revision, same clinic, revision fee waived): incision. They said they used the same technique as before but set it a bit tighter. Still, it loosened in six months. 3rd double eyelid surgery (re-revision, same clinic, revision fee waived): They said the loosening looked like it was because of eyelid-shape correction, so they did eyelid-shape correction for free and operated with another technique. Again, incision. When I close my eyes, fairly heavy scars are left. After 3 months, the left eye loosened again. The right eye did not loosen for the first time. 4th double eyelid: if I choose no surgery and ask for a refund, they said they would return about half. If I do have surgery, they said they would revise only the left eye and also give jaw Botox. But I’m not interested in jaw Botox at all; I just really want it to not loosen anymore!!! Really, please!!! I’m in my early 20s, and I’m saying this, I’ve had double eyelid surgery every year... Should I get a refund and check another hospital? The original surgeon said my eyes are eyes that loosen easily, so another hospital would be the same, and since he has operated on my eyes multiple times, he claims he knows best, so he keeps telling me to do revision again... And he also said he is still well-known for eye surgery; he said yesterday both members of a 60-year-old couple had successful surgery. But the truth is my cousin had it done there too, and she also had revision surgery... I’m really torn!!!! Money and costs don’t matter, I just really want it not to loosen anymore!!!!!!!
