I got my first double eyelid surgery with the natural adhesion method, but the line has gotten lower, so I’m thinking of doing it again. When I go to consultations, why do they say incision is the only option.. Is revision surgery not possible with the buried suture method?
이만타 It depends on the eyes. For me, first surgery was incision, revision was natural adhesion!
찬찬차라차란 As time passes, the eyelid skin also sags, so I do think that’s why they recommend incision. Of course, there are cases of revision with the buried suture method too, but if it’s revision surgery, I think they often do incision so it’s less likely to loosen.
