Why I had revision rhinoplasty: it can be explained clearly by photos

But I was told that you should do revision only after at least 6 months after surgery... So I couldn’t do it right away, kept waiting, and then got busy with real life and missed the timing again. In the end, it took an enormous amount of time just to find a hospital for revision and decide on surgery.ㅠㅠ Thinking about how much I struggled during that period, I regret so much that I had treated first-surgery costs as something easy and got the surgery so thoughtlessly. The revision used silicone with autologous costal cartilage, and I went in checking the parts I had missed during my first surgery. I liked a glamorous nose, so I checked reviews, surgeon consultation feedback, reputation, and reputation again. I checked reputation because this time it wasn’t my first surgery and it was a revision, and I was anxious about doing it at a place that was too new or had no mention. So even if the consultation wait was long, I went to places with higher popularity! Because the consultation felt good (especially because my aesthetic sense and the surgeon’s matched on shaping the nose), I said to book the surgery date as early as possible and tell me. After surgery, although it was not very hard since I had done it before, things like not being able to wash my face repeatedly, not being able to scratch my nose when it itched, and having to suffer through daily swelling... were the same in first and revision surgeries. Still, at my one-month check the tip was still puffy, but after this revision recovery seemed faster than expected. As the photos show, I kept this shape because I like a glamorous nose. I hope everyone here does not become like me, get passive in consultation, and still not get the nose they want.
