These days, the silicone is just too... As time goes by, it keeps becoming more noticeable, and my skin seems to be getting too thin... I’m almost 40 now, so I’m even more worried about the future... Back then, my nasal bone was wide, so they broke it? made it a bit slimmer, then placed Silitex on top, and the nasal tip is just my own nasal tip. Sigh, really, it’s true that I look prettier after having it done, but now I just... wish the silicone weren’t there.
