I don’t think I’m having revision surgery because there’s a problem, so that’s making me even more conflicted... I went to Jeongwon and Chiu, and they had the same opinion about replacing the silicone with a lower one. But for lowering the nasal tip a bit more, the material going in is split between ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage.. My nasal tip is too upturned right now, so I’m lowering it, but I’m worried that if I use costal cartilage, the nasal tip might become pointy ㅠ I like a naturally rounded look ㅠㅠㅠ But if I use ear cartilage, I’m scared it might droop later too..ㅠ Since it’s revision surgery, both costs came out high. Should I do costal cartilage or ear cartilage.. I am planning to have consultations at about two more places though

더이상망할수없다 I heard that if you use costal cartilage and graft dermis or fascia onto the nasal tip, you can make it round. When I was going around for consultations and said I wanted the nasal tip to be round, all the clinics said that haha. I used ear cartilage, and it all drooped, so I’m in full Squidward chaos whining about it. Do costal cartilage ㅜ
우효오오 Ear cartilage is okay.. If you’re going for a natural look and lowering the height, I think ear cartilage is fine. I had hump reduction with osteotomy at JY and corrected my bulbous nose while raising the nasal tip only very slightly, and I used ear cartilage. It’s been 3 years and it’s the same

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
