The hospital location has good accessibility. But the counseling manager and staff are really not great. First of all, the desk staff are a bit clueless, and the counseling manager, hmm, it’s not like they openly ignore you or speak rudely, but it feels like a power struggle lol I felt bad because of the counseling manager. The director looked at things professionally. They reviewed the CT carefully and explained while touching my face directly and comparing it with their own nose. I’m not sure about friendliness, but I felt they put in effort. It felt like they prioritize safety and pursue a natural result.
