I had an osteotomy and shaved down my dorsal hump ㅠ If I remove the silicone and ear cartilage from the nasal tip, will I 100% regret it? I originally had a nasal bridge itself, and it was a hump nose where the glabella and nasal bridge area dipped deeply ㅠ After removal, I’m thinking of placing a thin layer of autologous dermis ㅠㅠ Right now it’s way too high.... and my impression has changed so much ㅠ It has become a chalk-stick nose.. I’m planning to remove everything, reposition the nasal tip, and place a thin layer of autologous dermis. Would that be okay? ㅠ I don’t want to put anything else in my nose anymore... I’m only considering autologous dermis because I heard it doesn’t really feel like much of a foreign body..
